The Giant Kelpfish (Heterostichus rostratus) is a marine fish found on the west coast of North America. It is found from British Columbia to southern Baja California.
It inhabits rocky terrain with kelp and other large sea weed. It feeds on small crustaceans, mollusks and small fishes. It can reach a maximum size of 61cm and has been reported to live for 4 years.
